Detectives Seek Info After Tuggerah Sexual Act

Detectives from Tuggerah Lakes Police District have released images of a man who maybe able to assist police as investigations into a sexual incident occurring on the Central Coast last month continue.

Police have been informed about 12.20pm on Wednesday 22 April 2026, a man allegedly performed a sexual act in front of a woman in the toilets of a shopping centre along Wyong Road, Tuggerah.

The man was last seen running from the scene.

As inquiries continue, detectives have released images of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

The man is described as Caucasian appearance, late 20's, 180cm tall, medium build with short dark coloured hair.

He was seen wearing a blue t-shirt, dark coloured pants, white sneakers and carrying a black bag. A short time later the man was seen in a zip up jacket with light coloured long sleeves, blue torso and the letter "A" in red with white trim on the left breast.

It is believed the man was also seen smoking a cigarette.

Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact Wyong Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
