Women and Leadership Australia are currently offering ADA members the opportunity to lodge an expression of interest for partial scholarships of $1000 to $5000 for career building leadership courses.
The scholarships which are available for women in healthcare and related sectors at all management levels, are intended to play a vital role in developing female leaders and supporting the increased presence of women in business and community leadership roles.
Over the past two years, over 500 associations and professional bodies have helped create development opportunities for their industries' female leaders through distributing information around critical funding opportunities as they arise.
Available to women across all states and territories, expressions of interest are being sought until Friday 4 December (unless allocated prior); to lodge an expression of interest, go to Women and Leadership Australia
It is hoped that participation in this program will drive real, long-term change on gender equity across a wide range of industries and professions, establishing Australia as a global leader in gender equity in the workplace.
