Digital Portal Boosts Accessibility to Tasmanian Govt Services

Jeremy Rockliff, Deputy Premier

Tasmanians can now access a new digital portal, myServiceTas, offering a one stop shop to Government services, including renewing vehicle registration and driver's licence, checking demerit points and more.

Premier Jeremy Rockliff said the Tasmanian Government's $4.3 million investment has delivered Tasmanians a secure and easy-to-use access point for Government services," Premier Rockliff said.

"The portal provides access to a personalised account for selected services all in one place.

"myServiceTas provides Tasmanians with a way to engage with Government services at a time and place that suits them.

"The portal will complement Service Tasmania's 27 centres, phone services and website."

The first stage of myServiceTas is predominantly for popular transport-related services and provides a foundation for Tasmanians to access other online services in the future.
