Dingley Village parcel theft

Cheltenham Police are investigating following the theft from a parcel in Dingley Village earlier this month.

Investigators have been told a man opened a parcel left at the front door of a home on Chaldron Place on 7 August about 2.45pm.

The man removed a Huddersfield soccer jersey from the parcel and ran from the address.

The victim located the man a short distance away and recovered the stolen jersey before the offending male ran off before police arrived.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, in his late 40's with brown hair.

He was wearing a black facemask, a grey sleeveless puffer jacket, green shorts and bright green runners.

Police have released CCTV and photographs of a man they believe can assist with their enquiries.
