The Crisafulli Government is getting Queenslanders home sooner and safer and making it easier for Moggill families to get to training, games and community events, with Route 444 services set to be extended to the Moggill District Sports Park from 21 September for the first time.
The new service will connect residents, students and sporting groups directly to one of the area's most popular community facilities, helping cut down on car trips and making it easier to get involved in community sport.

Under Labor, growing communities like Moggill were forced to play catch-up as transport infrastructure failed to keep pace with population growth.
The Crisafulli Government is getting on with the job of delivering the practical transport improvements local families need and deserve, helping Queenslanders get home sooner and safer.
The two-year trial will introduce two new bus stops and targeted weekday and weekend services, improving transport options for the growing Moggill community.
To further improve accessibility and safety, a new footpath will also be constructed between Moggill District Sports Park and Priors Pocket Road from late September.
Minister for Transport and Main Roads Brent Mickelberg said the new service was about making everyday life easier for families.
"Whether it's getting to footy training, cricket on a Saturday morning or community events at the sports park, this new service will give local families another way to get where they need to go," Minister Mickelberg said.
"The former Labor Government left growing communities like Moggill waiting while transport services failed to keep pace.
"The Crisafulli Government is getting on with the job of delivering the practical improvements local families need."
Member for Moggill Dr Christian Rowan said the new service would be welcomed by families, students and sporting clubs.
"The Moggill District Sports Park is one of the most important community facilities in our area, and families have long called for better public transport access," Dr Rowan said.
"This means young people will have an easier way to get to training and games, families will have more transport options, and the community will be better connected.
"Combined with the new footpath connection, these improvements will make it safer and easier for more people to enjoy everything the sports precinct has to offer."
President of Moggill Mustangs Junior AFL Club Jan Hodges thanked Dr Rowan for his strong support and his commitment to improving access for the local community.
"Extending the 444 bus service to the Moggill District Sports Park will open up this outstanding precinct to even more members of our community," Ms Hodges said.
"Better transport access will support participation in local sport, make it easier for families to attend training and games, and help ensure more people can enjoy everything the Sports Park has to offer."
President of Moggill Cricket Club Paddy Behan welcomed the extension of public transport services to Moggill District Sports Park.
"For local families, getting children to training and weekend matches can be a genuine challenge, particularly for households juggling work, school and multiple sporting commitments," Mr Behan said.
"Improved public transport access will help remove one of the barriers that can prevent children from participating in community sport.
"This extension will give more local kids the opportunity to get to the cricket grounds, attend training, play matches, develop their skills and, most importantly, be part of a team and a community. It will also make the sporting precinct more accessible for families who may not have easy access to a car.
"At Moggill Cricket Club, we believe every child should have the opportunity to participate in sport, regardless of their family's circumstances.
"We thank Dr Rowan and Queensland Government for recognising the importance of connecting our growing community with the sporting facilities that serve it. This is a great outcome for Moggill families and for the future of community sport in our region."
