The man provided a positive roadside breath test, and was taken to Windsor Police Station, where he allegedly returned a breath analysis reading of 0.219.
Checks revealed the man is disqualified from driving until 2038.
He was charged with drive with high range PCA, not give particulars to other driver, police pursuit – not stop – drive recklessly, drive motor vehicle during disqualification period, disobey no right turn sign and negligent driving.
The South Windsor man was refused bail to appear before Penrith Local Court today (Tuesday 12 January 2021).
