Police have charged a 36-year-old Launceston woman after she was caught driving despite having her licence disqualified earlier this year.
Police will allege the woman was driving on William Street, Launceston about 7:30 pm yesterday when she was intercepted.
She submitted to a roadside drug test which returned a positive result.
The woman was arrested and her was car seized for 28 days.
She is expected to appear in court in Launceston on 4 October.
