Diver death at Mount Hope, South Australia

Police will be preparing a report for the Coroner following the death of a recreational diver on the State's Far West Coast.

Police and other emergency services rushed to the boat ramp at Mount Hope when the alarm was raised just before 4.30pm on Sunday 23 December. Sadly, despite the efforts of paramedics, the 31-year-old local man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and police will now prepare a report for the Coroner.
