Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit are investigating following an aggravated burglary and deceptions in Docklands in December.
Investigators have been told an unknown offender gained entry to a Lorimer Street residence while the victims were asleep sometime between 7.30pm on December and 9am the following morning.
The offender took various items including laptop computers, a bicycle and bank cards.
The bank cards were subsequently used at various locations in the Port Melbourne area.
Investigators have released images of a man who they believe can assist with their enquiries.
