Doctor Charged Over Sexual Offences At Waterloo

A doctor has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting four patients at a medical centre in south Sydney.

In April 2026, detectives from South Sydney Police Area Command established Strike Force Midshipman to investigate reports that a doctor allegedly sexually assaulted four patients between November 1988 and March 2026.

Following inquiries, about 6.15am today (Thursday 14 May 2026) detectives executed a search warrant at a medical practice in Waterloo and arrested a 70-year-old man.

He was taken to Mascot Police Station and charged with three counts aggravated sexual assault – victim under authority of offender, aggravated indecent assault – victim under authority, and sexual assault knowing no consent given.

He was refused bail and will appear before Bail Division Court 7 today (Thursday 14 May 2026)
