An off-duty police officer has been charged with alleged domestic violence offences, NSW Police say.
The 32-year-old senior constable, attached to Southern Region, was charged with intentionally choke person with recklessness (DV), assault occasioning actual bodily harm (x2) (DV) and common assault (DV).
The offences relate to alleged incidents between June and October 2018.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday 17 December 2018.
His duty status is under review.
