We have had preliminary discussions with the tenant clubs at Doug Dean Reserve, VRI Delacombe Cricket Club and Ballarat Rugby Club, about change facilities at the reserve.
We're aware of the need for renewal of the facilities and we're working with those clubs to determine the scope of the project and funding requirements.
At this stage, any works would not take place before 2021/22.
Between now and then, City of Ballarat is investing $45 million in 26 sports projects across 20 different locations used by more than 50 clubs, with a strong focus on female friendly change facilities.
