Draft Built Environment Adaptation Action Plan

DELWP

Have your say on Victoria's first set of Adaptation Action Plans and how we respond to climate change in key sectors

The Victorian Government has recently published 7 draft Climate Change Adaptation Actions Plans (AAPs) for public consultation.

In particular, these include the draft AAP for the Built Environment system. This system encompasses:

  • Cities
  • Buildings
  • Urban spaces
  • Infrastructure, including energy infrastructure and services

The draft Built Environment AAP examines the unique challenges and opportunities the system faces under climate change and proposes a set of actions to be delivered over the next 5 years that respond to those challenges. We invite you to provide feedback on the draft Built Environment AAP, and any of the other draft plans that can be accessed through the Engage Victoria link (below). Your feedback will be considered in the finalisation of the AAPs late in 2021.

You can provide feedback through our Engage Victoria site:

Engage Victoria

Which will be open until 6 August 2021.
