Murrindindi Shire Council will undertake drainage improvement works at the intersection of Oliver Street and View Street, Yea, commencing on Tuesday 20 October 2026.
The works are expected to take approximately seven working days to complete, weather permitting.
To allow the works to be carried out safely, a temporary closure will be in place within the construction area. During this period, access to Oliver Street and View Street will remain available from either end of the streets.
Residents, motorists and pedestrians are asked to take care when travelling near the site and to be mindful of large machinery and truck movements within the work zone.
Emergency vehicle access will be maintained at all times throughout the works.
Council thanks the community for its patience and understanding while these drainage improvements are completed.
