Drink driver seven times over the limit at Hackham West, SA

A woman has been reported for drink driving after she was detected with a blood alcohol reading more than seven times the legal limit at Hackham West today, according to SA Police.

Just after 1pm (21 September) police stopped a vehicle on Corinth Avenue and breath tested the driver who allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.358. Due to the level of the reading the woman was taken to hospital for a medical examination.

The 46-year-old woman from Seaford Meadows was reported for drink driving and was issued a 12 month immediate loss of licence.

She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
