Police have charged a man following a traffic crash in Elliot Heads on 3 May.
Just after midday police were called to Rule Street following reports a white Hyundai Getz had allegedly driven into the front door of a convenience store.
It is alleged the vehicle has attempted at three-point turn and driven forward into the front door of the store causing damage.
The vehicle left the scene prior to police arrival.
No one was physically injured from the crash.
Police later located the vehicle in Goodwood Road in Alloway, where a 27-year-old Bundaberg Central man was taken into custody.
The man has been charged with one count each of driving whilst over the no alcohol limit but not over the general alcohol limit and driving a motor vehicle without a driver licence.
He is expected to appear before Bundaberg Magistrates Court on 1 June.
