To celebrate the second anniversary of the 395 Express Lanes, we proudly partnered with Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS) and The National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial for a Drive to Donate event. We donated $2 for every trip taken, amounting to a final donation of $100,000 divided equally between the two organizations.
When the 395 Express Lanes opened in 2019, we honored the legacy of September 11 heroes by donating $1 million to the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial. Our partnership with NVFS also goes back years and includes prior donations of $60,000 toward COVID-19 relief and other recovery programs.
We thank our customers who participated in our Drive to Donate event by driving on the lanes and we will continue our investments in the corridor by supporting local organizations and long-time partners.
