Drug Offences At Charleville 1 April

A 44-year old woman has been charged with drug offences following a search of a vehicle in Charleville on 28 March.

Around 6.45pm officers from Charleville Station were conducting patrols when they intercepted a blue Holden Commodore travelling along the Warrego Highway at Charleville.

When officers searched the vehicle, they allegedly located 1.1kg of cannabis concealed in a number of packages.

A 44-year-old Charleville woman has been charged with one count each of supplying dangerous drugs and possessing dangerous drugs and is due to appear in the Charleville Magistrates Court on 6 May.

Investigations continue.
