Police have charged a man following investigations into multiple property and drug offences in Brisbane's south over the past month.
Detectives from the Centenary Crime Team and officers from Inala Tactical Crime Squad executed search warrants in relation to alleged dangerous drugs and stolen property at Inala and Darra properties around 10am, on 6 August.
During the search warrant, police located a quantity of heroin and in excess of 250 power tools and electronic goods.
A 64-year-old Durack man was arrested and charged with two counts of possess tainted property constituting a crime, and one count each of trafficking dangerous drugs, possess dangerous drug (over schedule), possess suspected proceeds, and possess property suspected drug usage (digital scales).
He first appeared in Brisbane Magistrates Court on 10 August.
Investigations are ongoing and police urge anyone with information to come forward.
Detectives said no information is too small and thanked the community for providing valuable information that led to this arrest.
Officers are asking anyone who has been a recent victim of tool theft to please contact police with a description of the stolen property, such as serial numbers or identifying details, so the items can be returned to their rightful owners.

- Photograph individual tools and equipment and record serial numbers for identification purposes
- Colour code or engrave individual tools and equipment
- Ensure that all tools are physically removed from visible sight
- Ensure tools are securely locked away in a strong and durable boxes or cages, fitted with a strong quality tamper proof lock and latch
- Ensure that toolboxes are securely and strongly anchored or chained to the vehicle or trailer
- Install an anti-theft alarm system to storage compartments, toolboxes and trailers
- Park vehicles or trailers in well-lit areas and in places covered by CCTV surveillance system where possible.
