Drugs, cash and firearm seized in Bonbeach

Caulfield Divisional Response Unit officers arrested three people after executing a warrant in Bonbeach this morning, seizing drugs, cash and a firearm.

Police executed a warrant at a house on Mascot Avenue about 9am and seized a firearm, a large amount of cash and drugs including methylamphetamine with an alleged street value of more than $20,000.

A 33-year-old Carrum man has been charged with traffick and possess methylamphetamine, possess unregistered firearm, possess ecstasy and other drug related offences.

He will appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court this evening.

A Carrum woman has been charged with possess methylamphetamine and bailed to appear at Moorabbin Magistrates' Court on 13 July.

A Shepparton woman received a drug diversion notice.
