Drugs seized after Cheltenham warrant

Southern Division Frontline Tactical Unit police have seized drugs, cash and motorcycles during a search warrant in Cheltenham today (28 August).

The warrant was executed about 1pm at an address on Railway Road.

Police seized a number of items including what is alleged to be cannabis, ketamine, cocaine, fireworks, cash and two motorcycles.

A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with 16 offences including storing unauthorised explosives, trafficking commercial quantity of drugs of dependence, possess prohibited weapon.

The Cheltenham man will appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 29 October.
