During Pandemic, UConn Docs Find Stress Relief Through Running

UConn Health doctors explain the benefits of exercise - both physical and mental - ahead of the UConn Health Half Marathon. ()

Primary care physicians David and Jennifer Ozimek were excited to participate in their first UConn Health Half Marathon - then the pandemic hit. Their work schedules were drastically changed due to COVID-19 and their training schedule derailed, but they soon realized they needed the stress relief that running can provide. They're now back on track and looking forward to competing in the virtual race June 4-7.
