Mayor Cr John White said the Hub has been a game-changer for Eagle Point and an opportunity to operate a place like this is rare.
"This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a growing community and run a venue in a spectacular location. We want to see the Hub buzzing - with great food, events, and experiences that reflect the beauty and character of the region," John said.
