Notice is given of an application made under the Local Government Act 2009 for temporary road closure of part of the esplanade adjoining lot 56 on NR2045, 69R Lee Yan Road, East Trinity, as shown on the attached aerial photo.
Should this application be approved, the road area will no longer be available for public use and a road permit will issue to the applicant to allow exclusive use of such esplanade area.
