Bayside City Council will be commissioning a public artwork that will enhance and contribute to the evolving sense of place and identity of Elsternwick Park South.
We will be asking an artist to create something that will capture your imagination, become a landmark for the area and engages people in conversation.
We'd like you to help us by letting us know what kind of public art inspires you. Of course, it's art and we probably won't please everyone but we're going to try.
