Griffith Regional Art Gallery presents Emergence, a new exhibition by local artist Danielle Frank, on display at ARTSPACE, Griffith Regional Theatre.
The community is invited to celebrate the exhibition at its official Opening Event on Friday 13 March at 5:30pm.
Emergence marks a significant moment in Frank's creative journey, a return to artistic practice after more than a decade. This new body of work reflects a deeply personal process of rediscovery, tracing her path back to authentic self-expression and her identity as a modern Australian woman. Through layered, intuitive works, Frank engages with themes of spirit, nature, connection, and the reclamation of feminine power.
"At its heart, this exhibition is a re-becoming," Frank said. "A re-emergence of my true self in mid-life; a journey back to the feminine creatrix. Emergence honours my transformation into an empowered woman, enduring, intuitive, and unapologetically whole."
As part of the ARTSPACE program, the exhibition fosters dialogue between artist and community, an ethos central to the space's mission. Located within the Griffith Regional Theatre, ARTSPACE showcases the talents of local and regionally connected artists across an annual suite of exhibitions.
Emergence invites audiences to witness Frank's return to her artistic roots and experience a practice grounded in exploration, reflection, and growth.
Emergence will be on display at ARTSPACE at the Griffith Regional Theatre from Friday 13 March until Friday 17 April 2026.
