An EMERGENCY ALERT has been issued at 2.14pm Wednesday, 18 March 2026 by the Cook Local Disaster Management Group.

This is a Cyclone Watch and Act warning for COEN and PORT STEWART.

COEN and PORT STEWART are likely to be affected by Tropical Cyclone Narelle and residents should PREPARE NOW. Destructive wind likely from Thursday, 19 March 2026. Secure belongings, warn others and plan a safe shelter.
