Emergency services are currently on scene at an industrial fire in Sydney's south west.
About 3pm (Tuesday 30 December 2025), emergency services responded to reports of a fire at a timber flooring factory on Beresford Avenue, Greenacre.
NSW Fire and Rescue are working to extinguish the blaze which is expected to remain active for a considerable amount of time.
An exclusion zone has been established and motorists are urged to avoid the area.
The cause of the fire is unknown and there are no reports of injuries at this stage.
Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command will be conducting inquiries into the incident.
