Detectives from Wyndham Crime Investigation Unit are investigating following a suspicious fire at a real estate office in Point Cook on Thursday, 21 January.
Police have been told a witness observed a smashed glass door and flames inside the office at approximately 1.20am on Wallace Avenue.
The witness called Triple Zero (000) and emergency services responded and extinguished the fire.
An arson chemist attended the scene to assist with the investigation and determined the fire was deliberately lit.
