Emergency crews responding to house fire at Greenwith, South Australia

Police are investigating a house fire at Greenwith this evening.

Police, fire crews and paramedics responded to reports of a house fire in Jameson Court, Greenwith just before 5pm on Tuesday 15 September.

The house was significantly damaged by fire before the blaze was extinguished by firefighters. Neighbouring properties were not affected.

A neighbour sustained minor smoke inhalation while trying to assist and was taken to the Lyell McEwin Hospital for treatment.

Northern District CIB detectives and fire cause investigators have arrived at the scene to try to determine the cause of the fire.
