Emergency crews responding to house fire at Klemzig, South Australia

Fire Cause Investigators have been called into investigate a fire that destroyed a house at Klemzig overnight.

Just before 4am Tuesday 26 March, police and fire crews were called to reports of a blaze on a North East Road near Swan Avenue.

On arrival, the vacant older style single storey home with a second storey extension was well ablaze.

It took several fire crews to battle the fire and bring in under control and before it could spread to any neighbouring properties.

The house has been extensively damaged with the cause of the fire currently undetermined. Fire cause investigators are attending to the investigate.
