Detectives are investigating a suspicious fire at a Coombabah property this morning.
Around 1:45am police were notified of the fire and attended a Numbat Court property.
The house was well alight at the time.
A number of neighbouring residents had to be evacuated from their homes.
The house received significant damage by the fire.
No persons or pets were injured.
The circumstances surrounding the cause of the fire is not known at this stage and a crime scene has been declared whilst police investigate.
