Emergency crews responding to house fire, Coorparoo

Police are investigating a house fire in Coorparoo during the early hours of this morning.

Emergency services were called to the Kitchener Street address just after 3am and arrived to find the structure well involved.

A woman in her 30's suffered severe burns to her legs and was taken to the Royal Brisbane Hospital for treatment.

One child sustained burns to her left arm, while another had smoke inhalation.

They were taken to the Brisbane Children's Hospital.

Residents on neighbouring sides of the home were evacuated.

The house was destroyed and a crime scene has been established.

Anyone with further information is urged to contact police.

Investigations remain underway.
