ENM, TOP SOIL And Wood Chip Material EOI

This form is for businesses and residents to express interest in receiving ENM (excavated natural material), Top soil and Wood Chip material generated from Council performed Capital works and Maintenance programs.

We will only be hauling material to rural land properties within the Clarence Valley LGA and priority will be given to properties closest to sites where material is being removed. If those interested in receiving the said above materials, and your property is within the same distance to our work site as our preferred disposal location, both material and haulage will be free of charge. If your property is further away, there will be a haulage fee applied, but the material will be free.

Clarence Valley Council will also have the above materials located at our Resource Recovery sites at Woodford Island and Whiteman Ck, which will incur a cartage fee from these sites, but again material will be free.

To be eligible, land owners will require to have a DA in place for a Flood mound, house/ shed pad etc and be willing to sign a Permit to Enter form.

Land owner will also be required to adhere to the Approved Notice under Section 143 and/ or Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997.
