Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Enrico Nicoletti.
The 44-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to robbery, theft and deception.
He is described as having an olive complexion, 155cm tall, medium build, distinctive lettering tattoo on his neck, short dark hair and possibly a goatee.
Nicoletti is known to frequent the Sunshine, Coburg, Broadmeadows, Footscray, Heidelberg and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Nicoletti in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
