The East Gippsland Field Days is one of Victoria's premier agricultural shows and, with new environmental legislation coming into force on 1 July this year, Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) is pleased to be a part of this major regional event.
The Field Days are held on April 23 and 24 at the Bairnsdale Aerodrome, is one of the best established agriculture shows in Gippsland attracting thousands of farming industry, business and community members.
"Our staff will be available the Friday and Saturday to help farmers, businesses and the community better understand how the new laws will affect everyone in Victoria after 1 July," said EPA Gippsland Regional Manager Jess Bandiera.
"This is a terrific opportunity to talk to us directly about the specific issues that matter to your own situation. And it's a great day out, so head on down and come see us."
