November 9, 2018 – Maple Creek, Saskatchewan – Correctional Service Canada

On November 9, 2018, during a 12:25 p.m. count, staff members at the Okimaw Ohci Healing Lodge, a multi-level security federal institution, discovered that Joely Lambourn was not accounted for

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) immediately contacted the Maple Creek detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and a warrant for her arrest has been issued.

Joely Lambourn is 45 years old, measures 157 cm (5'2") in height and weighs 57 kg (126 lbs). She has a fair complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. She is currently serving a sentence of two years, six months, and 17 days for Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle – Cause Death and Unlawfully at Large.

Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Joely Lambourn is asked to contact police.

CSC will investigate the circumstances of this incident and is working with the police to locate the offender as quickly as possible.

CSC has given the police all of the information available to help arrest the inmate.
