Mayor of Camden, Cr Theresa Fedeli said the program gave local seniors an opportunity to get out and about in the Camden area again.

"Our local seniors have been eagerly awaiting the time they can safely venture out and enjoy everything that Camden has to offer since the pandemic and now is their chance," Cr Fedeli said.

"We have put together an exciting program full of great activities and opportunities for our seniors. Local seniors can also take advantage of one of many Active Ageing opportunities including exploring the Miss Llewella Davies Pioneer Walkway, visiting our two local pools, watching a show at Camden Civic Centre or visiting Alan Baker Art Gallery to name a few.

"I believe it is important for our seniors to be able to access as many activities as possible so that they remain active and live a healthy life."
