F1 Australian GP Tickets Sell Out Record Fast

Labor is delivering world-class events that put Victoria on the global stage, with the FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2026 officially sold out across Friday, Saturday and Sunday in record time.

Minister for Tourism, Sport and Major Events Steve Dimopoulos announced tickets are now exhausted in the earliest three-day sell-out in the event's history.

Fans are still able to purchase tickets for Thursday, with a packed schedule on track featuring Supercars, Porshe Carrera Cup, an F1 car demonstration and Brabham celebration.

The Fan Forum stage will host some of the biggest names in Formula 1® on Thursday evening, with McLaren's Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris making an appearance as well as debutant team Cadillac's drivers Sergio Perez and Valtteri Bottas.

Australian talent will also be on display at Lakeside Festival Presented by American Express with Mallrat and Logic1000 performing on Thursday evening.

Thursday Park Passes are available for just $45, with children 14 and under able to attend with an adult ticketholder for free. Visit grandprix.com.au for the full event schedule and to purchase tickets.

Fans without tickets can also be part of the action for free at the F1 Melbourne Fan Festival at Federation Square - extending the thrill of the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX beyond the circuit gates.

The free festival is open 10am to 10pm Friday to Sunday and streams live on-track action from F1®, F2™, F3™, and Supercars - making it cheaper and easier for more Victorians to be a part of the action.
