Facial injuries after assault in Shoalhaven

A man sustained serious facial injuries after allegedly being assaulted at a home in Ulladulla earlier this week, NSW Police say.

Emergency services were called to the home on Camden Street, about 12.30am on Monday (30 October 2017), and found a 38-year-old man with facial fractures, including a suspected broken nose, left eye socket and left cheekbone.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to Milton Hospital; he has now been transferred to Shoalhaven Hospital for further treatment.

Police from Shoalhaven Local Area Command established a crime scene and have commenced an investigation into the incident.

Investigators are now appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information that may assist to come forward, in particular a man who is believed to have driven the injured man to Milton Hospital in a 4WD.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
