Fatal Aviation Incident, Nebo Creek

Police will prepare a report for the coroner following the sudden death of a 47-year-old man in Nebo Creek yesterday, 28 September.

Emergency services were called just after 6pm to a private property in Nebo Creek following reports a light aircraft had crashed.

The pilot and sole occupant, a 47-year-old man, died at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances leading up to the crash.
