Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash on the M7 this morning, NSW Police say.
Shortly before 6.15am today four vehicles – a Toyota corolla, a Toyota utility, a Volkswagen Caddy, and a truck were involved in a crash about two kilometres south of The Horsley Drive at Cecil Park.
As a result of the collision the 54-year-old female driver of the Corolla died at the scene.
The drivers of the other three vehicles were not injured but have been taken to Fairfield Hospital for mandatory testing.
Officers from Fairfield Local Area Command and the Crash Investigation Unit remain on scene investigating the incident and will prepare a report for the information of the Coroner.
