Police are currently at the scene of a fatal crash in Cheltenham early this morning, Victoria Police say.
It’s believed a blue BMW sedan travelling southbound has hit a pole on Nepean Highway about 5.30am.
The female driver, who is yet to be formally identified, has died at the scene.
Police will investigate the exact circumstance of the crash and prepare a report for the Coroner.
