The Northern Territory road toll has risen to 30 following the death of a 60-year-old woman this afternoon.
The woman died when the vehicle she was travelling in struck a power pole at Karnte Camp, Alice Springs about 10am, Northern Territory Police say.
An elderly passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries.
