Police are investigating after a person has been located deceased during a house fire at Beerwah this evening (December 14), Queensland Police say.
At about 6.20pm, police and emergency services attended the residence on Beerwah Parade to find the address engulfed in fire.
A person was later located deceased within the house.
The house was destroyed as a result of the fire.
Investigations are continuing into the identity of the person and the cause of the fire.
