A 59-year-old female bus driver has died in Humpty Doo this afternoon after being struck by a moving bus.
The tour bus was in the car park of a licensed premises and no passengers were on board at the time of the incident, Northern Territory Police say.
NT Police and NT WorkSafe investigators are in attendance and conducting an investigation into the workplace accident.
Major Crash detectives will prepare a report for the Coroner.
The road toll now stands at 24, compared with 36 for the same time last year.
