A motorbike rider has died following a multi-vehicle traffic crash in Caboolture this afternoon, July 5.
Initial investigations indicate at approximately 3:40pm, a motorbike was travelling north along the Bruce Highway when it swiped a Ford Ranger before colliding with a Toyota Landcruiser.
The rider, a 26-year-old Murrumba Downs man, sustained critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
No one else was physically injured.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam vision to come forward.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
