Fatal Motorbike Crash - Warilla

A motorbike rider has died following a crash in the state's Illawarra region yesterday.

About 7.45pm (Monday 19 January 2026), emergency services were called to Bradman Avenue, Warilla, following reports of a motorbike crash.

Officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District attended and found a motorbike had crashed into the back of a parked and unoccupied Volkswagen panel van.

The rider of the motorbike - a man aged 20 - died at the scene.

A crime scene was established as police commenced an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
