Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Bundaberg, Police Responding

Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating a motorcycle crash on Coonarr Beach overnight.

Initial investigations reveal around 8pm the motorcyclist was travelling on the beach when he has collided with another motorcyclist.

The male rider, a 17-year-old from Meadowvale, died at the scene.

The other rider, a 20-year-old Bundaberg North man, was transported to Bundaberg Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are appealing to anyone with relevant vision or further information to contact police.
