A rider has died following a motorcycle crash south of Wollongong today, NSW Police say.
About 12pm today, police and emergency services were called to Jamberoo Mountain Road, Jamberoo, following reports of a single motorcycle crash.
On arrival, officers located a 65-year-old rider with serious head injuries however he died at the scene.
Officers from Lake Illawarra Local Area Command established a crime scene with specialist crash investigators and detectives in attendance.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
